There is not a single person nor a reception. It works because of number
codes and mobile phone. When you call, the person you are speaking to is
very friendly and helpful. The self service equipment is ok. Budget
friendliness compared to other hotels in Munich. In other German Cities,
like for example Frankfort, Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne, the price would be
much to high.
