  Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was lovely. Location was great for the train station, the city and the airport bus. Definitely would stay there again if we return to Frankfurt. - lovely hotel with excellent staff. great breakfast !

  Service was phenomenal. Were escorted to our room by the young woman who help us at the desk; showed us how everything worked in the room. Restaurant was excellent with nice bar adjacent. Live music, yet you could still have a conversation.
