  I was very surprised at the lack of noise considering the location, and was able to have a good nights sleep before travelling on the next day. - I checked in very late but the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The minute I stepped into my room it felt like home.

  Location! It's next to Hofgarten (nice park with playground for small children) which you walk through 5-10min to get to the edge of the city centre. From there it was very easy and quick to get to the different Christmas markets, shopping areas, restaurants etc. Our rooms were available before the official check in time.   This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and once is was first class. perfect location with a Christmas market outside the front door. very clean, excellent breakfast, and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Daniel who sorted out a little problem with the room when we arrived.
