The view itself was fascinating but Koblenz and other old towns you can visit by boat are interesting and environment relaxed. The hotel has a good restaurant and there are many others on the waterfront - immediately adjacent to the hotel. You can also eat in the nearby old town and buy amazing ice-creams.

The location of the hotel is convenient. Although it is located next to the railways, it is very quiet. The room is nicely decorated, small, and clean. The hotel is only 10 minutes walking from the town center and 15 minutes walking from the main train station.

Good location for easy drive to the German Grand Prix at Nürburgring. Lovely hotel in walking distance to the old town, restaurants and shopping (especially important for family member not interested in F1 racing!) The rooms were nice, the location great--we could see the Rhine from our windows, and a nice walk to the Deutches Eck. A few blocks away from the more crowded areas, which was a plus. We had a very spacious double room, with a little sitting area--a great value. Very nice breakfast in a dining room over looking the river. This is a very nice small hotel and I would recommend it to anybody passing through Koblenz.
