Arrived late because of weather, staff excellent check in quick and
easy. Lena even gave us her own food as restaurant closed lovely girl.
All staff nice but Lena went beyond her duties.Breakfast selection

The room was very large with a separate room for off the suite for our older daughter. Bed very comfortable.
Breakfast is very good with fresh baked rolls each morning.
Location is 1 minute walk from Hauptstrasse but enough away to be quiet for sleeping.
Staff very helpful in getting a taxi and other assist. Registering was a piece of cake and had all the info printed out from letsbookhotel.com. This was our second stay in two years and am still very satisfied with the hotel.

Neat Hotel, clean, kind reception, the receptionist carried my GF's bag. The breakfast is above average.
The restaurant need to be reserved in advance (which is a good sign!). We have been happy of this hotel and will come back again in case we decide to pay another visit to Heidelberg.

Very large, clean, comfortable room. Excellent value with superb scenery. My stay at Papas Pension exceeded my expectations, and I would stay again if back in Heidelberg. - Good location, pretty rooms, etc

From the moment I walked in the door you were made to feel special. The staff bent over backwards to help and make sure you had a good time. I stayed in two rooms both of which were spotless. great value for money. Try eating in another good move. Would go back there any day. -
