  Brilliant!! We traveled to Heidelberg with our 13 year old son to experience a traditional Christmas Market. The location of the hotel was amazing. It was a bit of a walk from the train station, but absolutely perfect for shopping, eating, and sightseeing. We didn't have many encounters with staff, but the few we saw were friendly. The restaurant meal was first class, the waitstaff was very professional the food delicious and worth the price. Breakfast was a good value for the money. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choices at the best price I experienced in my Germany vacation. Casual atmosphere, clean and cozy.
