  Excellent service and staff always kind and helpful, from cleaners to room service to front desk. This was possibly the best service we experienced in a hotel in 8 months travelling in Europe.   My husband and I had a "get-away weekend" in Heidelberg and we were very pleased with our stay at Villa Marstall. We meet the owner and his wife who were very pleasant and helpful as were their staff. The location was perfect, along the Neckar river yet a short walking distance from the center of town.
