  This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and once is was first class. perfect location with a Christmas market outside the front door. very clean, excellent breakfast, and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Daniel who sorted out a little problem with the room when we arrived. The only thing missing was coffee... what people say » facilities in the room, but as we had stayed here before we knew this and took our own. we would recommend this hotel to anyone. - very pleasant staff - friendly helpful and efficient. free wifi, nice, clean, tastefully decorated room, everything works properly - even lighting, i don't take this for granted as quite often you come across hotel rooms which are overly romantic and where you can't get a proper reading light or main lighting. great value for such a central location: 1 minute walk to Konigsallee.

  The location at the Düsseldorf Hafen is a perfect fit allowing to be far away from the hipe of the city i.e sleeping well whilst you can fetch a taxi and be with 10 minutes at the Kö for shopping - It was absolutely lovely and the staff were amazing.   I wish i could keep this place a secret. It is one of the accommodations that has impressed me with its outstanding luxury. Luckily it is one of the newest places in town. If u fancy a walk on the river or a walk to the centre then i recommend the red apartments. There was one incident when i forgot my credit cards in the apartment. Service and place is 10 out of10. - "Great apartment in excellent location” Beautiful historic building. The apartment was large and comfortable, completely renovated, all brand new, very quiet and yet with easy access to the attractive places in the city. The staffs are friendly and customer oriented. Stayed only a night but it was still a great experience and I wish I could have stayed longer, especially as The Red is right on the river Rhine.

  I was very surprised at the lack of noise considering the location, and was able to have a good nights sleep before travelling on the next day. - I checked in very late but the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The minute I stepped into my room it felt like home.
