  Everyone was most attentive to any need we had and very friendly. Stephanie made our check in/out easy, and answered all our questions. The other two gentlemen where just as efficient, friendly and helpful in any manner they could be. We were very happy with the accommodations and the staff. - Everything was superb. The staff were friendly, helpful... what people say » and responded rapidly to requests of all kinds. The rooms were comfortable, well equipped and quiet. The restaurant Maurice was expensive, but given the standards of both food and service, more than justified the cost.

  I liked the hotel, the food, the service, the room. The hotel owner goes far beyond his line of duty for the well being of his guests. I got the flu while I was in Dresden. The day we were supposed to leave I was feeling terrible and of course was not able to go anywhere. He let us keep the room until 5:00 pm, the time our train was leaving and too... what people say » k us himself to the train station to save me from having to wait for a taxi. This is the first time that I encounter this. - While outside Dresden, it is on a good bus line (75) and only 20 minutes to the old town (free with Dresden Card). Quiet location, easy car access and free parking.
