  We arrived 3 hours prior to check in time, yet as the Apartment was ready, we were allowed take up occupancy straight away.We had our own entrance to the swimming pool which we used every day. The hotel staff could not have been more friendly or helpful than they were. We were given assistance with our bags as there was no lift up to the Apartment.... what people say » - It was a very nice room, quite spacious. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Though we don't speak German, their English was so good that it was never a problem. I would highly recommend this hotel to others, especially because the location was also very good.

  This apartment was really very comfortable and practical for my needs. Just over a 5 minute walk from the central station and about 7 minutes from the Dom and central Cologne, it is really very handy. The apartment itself is on a quiet side street, so traffic is not an issue. The kitchenette is well-equipped and the main room is nicely decorated.... what people say » I especially enjoyed having a little terrace which looks onto an internal courtyard with a couple of nice trees and many birds singing.   Loved the location of the hotel which is so close to the DOM Cathedral, the Rhine River (which extends to 4 countries) the city center with shops, pick up point for city tour and Cologne's tourist center. Restaurants abound in its vicinity. Hotel room was enormous ( we got upgraded), clean but styled in the 80's. For those with heavy luggage, there is one flight of stairs to take you - The room was as advertised, clean with all required amenities. Breakfast was awesome with a wide choice of hot and cold food and beverages. Staff was really welcoming and helpful plus they offer you as much fruits as you want and one free bottle of water daily, which was really fantastic. The location is also just a 5 minute walk from the Dom and central station plus there is a metro station just in front of the hotel. Great experience and hotel!

  Once i got to the hotel, i never had to take public transport much again, as it is a 5 min walk to shops and the Koelmesse, which was where i went everyday for 4 days.
