  Small, but lovely room. Staff nice and truly friendly. A really nice, clean, comfortable hotel. Excellent value for money. - I loved the buffet breakfast. The staff were very kind and friendly. They recommended a park to go running and the hotel is a short distance from a great running route.

  We arrived 3 hours prior to check in time, yet as the Apartment was ready, we were allowed take up occupancy straight away.We had our own entrance to the swimming pool which we used every day. The hotel staff could not have been more friendly or helpful than they were. We were given assistance with our bags as there was no lift up to the Apartment.... what people say » - It was a very nice room, quite spacious. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Though we don't speak German, their English was so good that it was never a problem. I would highly recommend this hotel to others, especially because the location was also very good.

  the staff was very kindness, the breakfast buffet was very good and with a loto of things, the staff can also prepare foods that aren't on the buffet. A PC with an internet connection is available for all the customers. - Close to tram to City center, value for money, parking, excellent room accomodation and helpful staff.

  We stayed for 8 nights, during a trade show, with our two small dogs. The room was really good. You have a fridge, and a kettle, and a lot of storage space, and a nice bathroom with proper bath. The staff was very accommodating, giving us a remote room where our dogs did not disturb anyone even by chance. The location is 15 min walk from the main ... what people say » train station and about 7 min walk from the embarkment with a nice jogging path. This is really a good choice if you need a basecamp in Köln! - The hotel was booked with some trepidation as the location, using google street view, looked uninspiring. It is on a fairly busy road junction, but our room on the 6th floor was very quiet. The hotel stored our cycles in a store room inside. Facilities at the hotel were superb ... a well appointed kitchen with dishwasher, sink, and all the basic utensils plus bedroom and separate small lounge area with couch, tv, desk and small table. Great location for exploring the town.
