  This was one of the most professional, service-oriented staffs I have ever encountered and I am in the event business. This hotel would get a rating of 11 if there was an 11. Wonderful staff, great restaurants and bars, great food for room service, large room, clean room, comfortable beds. I was shocked for the low rate we paid how excellent this place was. 8 minute walk to the cathedral and train station was good too.

  Excellent!!! - The room was very large, which was great, the sauna/steam room facilities were excellent, and the fact that it stayed open so late was brilliant. Breakfast was also very good, staff very helpful and pleasant.

  The location, the staff, the atmosphere... - Proximity from the U-Bahn station (~200m), though in the night it might be tricky to find your way because trees obstruct the view. Maybe there should be a small description how to get to the hotel from the station?
