I immediately feel relieved, relaxed and comforted just seeing the entrance when I am in Frankfurt airport. There is a fast, smooth check in and check out with a friendly greeting and doors that open automatically to make easy passage when carrying lugga... what people say » ge. The room is functional for a business traveler with desk, light and free internet. The bed is extremely comfortable and inviting.with lots of pi - Everyone spoke English and they were all so polite. The room was very nice and well appointed. Comfortable and clean. We were only there for one night to make our early morning flight back to Canada and the walk to the terminal with all our luggage was effortless. Not far at all. We had room service for dinner and the food was prompt and excellent. Also love the 2pm check in and 12 Noon check out (with ability to extend). Love this hotel and will stay again.

  Very quiet + ample room space + helpful staff + terrific breakfast bar + access to rail connections (even though we didn't use them) I would recommend the hotel for sure, but definitely NOT the airport. Who designed this place? No facilities beyond security, and when the plane is late there was nothing to eat or drink. We were held captive for 2 h... what people say » ours with chains on the 2 vending machines! This is an entirely utilitarian airport, with little range for eating, miles to walk and needs a complete - Location location location! Great location with train and plane access. Very modern design, rooms well appointed, comfy beds, clean, friendly, and good food. We overnighted in order to catch a flight, but spent the day in the city after checking in. Can't believe how quiet it is, we watched jumbo jets approaching for landing right outside the windows and couldn't hear them! If we hadn't seen them we would not have known they were there. Amazing.
