the staff were outstanding,friendly and could nt have been more helpfull.also the location was perfect - The fact that it is near the railway station which helped us to save time, that we could check-in quite quick and leave our luggage there and that the room was clean all the time during our stay.

The staff was ok, and the room was clean, the hotel is 200 feet from mariafilfet straBe, and from the subway...very good location - Our room was very clean. There was plenty of storage space and a good luggage rack. Two blocks from the metro and shopping.

The location can't be beat. You can walk most places and there is a u bahn station very close to the hotel. Tina made us feel we were in her home. We has use of a small refrigerator and she lent us bowls and spoons. There was a table and four chairs and a couch as well as beds in the room. It was very large. We stayed six nights and loved it -

We stayed in a junior suite and can honestly say that it was amazing. We had a superb view of Vienna. I cannot understand some of the comments made as the staff were very helpful and even arranged for me to have a birthday cake made for my partner and delivered with breakfast on the morning of his birthday. I would definately recommend this hotel.

... what people say » hing. Helpful owner - This is very kitchish, like staying at your grandma's place. Each of the 14 rooms is appointed differently. So a fun place to stay. Plus the staff is always very, very helpful. The breakfast is hot and cold and cooked right there, it changes every day too. And of course, you are a two minute walk from the museum and Hofburg area.
