  We had a suite with no breakfast . It was excellent . Spacious separate living area. Separate toilet . Bath and walk in shower, two sinks. Two tvs. Separate dressing room . Free wifi. This is one of the best rooms I have stayed in . Nearly five star. Staff polite not in your face. Did not eat so can't recommend restaurant. Would recommend this hotel if have a suite . - Staff was friendly and helpful Room was great, with great furniture, great interior and the highest level of comfort. Cleaning staff was excellent. Location of the hotel is very good, with only few hundred meters away from Schönbrunn palace and U-Bahn metro station. The hotel is surrounded with park and is situated in a green area. Parking is safe with parking lot below the hotel itself.

  The owner is very nice and helpful ! He makes your stay comfortable. Also the breakfast is ok (would be nice to get unlimited coffee) ! I liked to stay there and will come back next Year !!! It.s also close to 'Schloss Schönbrunn',...a 5 Minute Walk ! The train No. 52 in Front of the Hotel brings you to the city and 'Westbahnhof' (Trainstation) !!... what people say » ! - Very comfortable stay at Hotel Rustler for 5 days. Close distance to palace of Schoenbrunn, nearby the centre of Vienna ( with the tram good available). It was quiet excellent and the staff was very, very friendly.

He provided us with a detailed explanation about the city, parking opportunities etc. The room was very clean and nice (although it is located in kind of half-basement with only small windows) and the atmosphere in the hotel is in general very good.
