We stayed in a junior suite and can honestly say that it was amazing. We had a superb view of Vienna. I cannot understand some of the comments made as the staff were very helpful and even arranged for me to have a birthday cake made for my partner and delivered with breakfast on the morning of his birthday. I would definately recommend this hotel. Location was excellent, room and bathroom were very spacious and clean with big flat screen TV, staff were very nice, helpful, friendly and they speak good English too. for sure I would come back again same time (end of October and beginning of November) much cheaper and cooler weather (No air conditioning in rooms).
all reviews » Spacious and quiet. Two large rooms, one with dining and coffee tables,tv and kitchenette, the other with a large bed and wardrobe. Good-sizedbathroom. All in good working order. everything..we usually stay at 4 stars hotel but this is the best hotel room we ve been .the room was very large ,very clean.and the hotel staff was very helpfull and nice.it is near the center, everything is within one's reach, it's a nice walk from gumpendorfer strasse to stephansdom, it's not expensive and it's really cosy. It was very clean and modern apartment. It is great if you are staying with children. we have 18 month old and she was very relaxed.that it is near the center, excellent services. nice staff, huge apartment. shower in apartment 202. The room is quite big, with amazing bathroom and equipment. There is also kitchen and dining room which is good for long stay. Although it's on 2nd floor, there is an elevator...Hotel receptionists were friendly and helpful, 2 stops from Stephens Platz, unique in design, shower was amazing, large and open. The rooms to the Gumpendorferstreet are quite noisy, demand a room tothe backside. Toilet seat wasn’t cleaned.No hot-pot,. The door between rooms. It create noise!. There is no conditioned air. Not finished off, E.g, room numbers were paper printoutssellotaped to door.The heating was not good; I have stay last year also to this hotel and it was the same problem; now I understand that is normal for them. The jacuzzi was not working, but they repaired it.And we are talking about the Junior Suite !!!!!!. it is not like a hotel..We were shocked when we entered the building. But luckily room and staff were OK. The price is quite high. I would never stay in that hotel again..The Room heating was very poor I caught a cold, and it was very noisy windows are not sealed.
