Staff inattentive to replacing empty food and beverage and dishes even during non-busy times. Nice hotel but a little too far from city center for us.The receptionist when we were leaving was not very sociable. the noise from the main street window. nobody warned us or asked if we do mind it...Hotel is next to a very busy road / Sex shops. The area is a little grungey, but turn the corner and there are some nice cafes. Not really romantic Vienna. Not quite center but close to it. room furbishing. When we arrived they blocked the expected cost on my account (300 euro). After the check out i payed the total cost (310 euro). They promised I will get back the blocked money "in few days". It was 1 week before!!!!!!! I think this is an incorrect process!. The Hotel was overheated. Too warm and so not comfortable. The airconditioning / heating in our room did not work the first night and we slept very poorly. After bringing to the attention of management, was looked at, but required us to follow up. We were told it did not work. We were then however upgraded to a different room. This was comfortable and we were pleased with the upgrade. The Fitness Room didnt work. Construction (maintenance) during the day was going on. No Movies (PPV) are available in the room.Price of breakfast buffet is to high. Too expensive breakfast. Rooms were overheated and it was not possible to cool them down. The only possibility was to open the window, but then it was very noisy. That the internet was not included in the price (6EUR for 1/2 hour is a disaster), that the parking was not included in the price, that the breakfast was not included in the price. The breakfast was not worth 15EUR. The sauna did not work from 6a.m. as stated.Room was uncomfortably hot and airconditioning simply does not work although staff say it is fine!.
