  Clean and tidy and they had anticipated our needs by providing extra items such as tissues, cotton wool, shower gel, milk tea and coffee, and hair dryer. The spa and bbq was a lovely touch too and it is these things that help create a relaxing break!   Well fitted out and comfortable apartments, lovely linen/towels, excellent facilities. Everything required was available. Very convenient to shops and waterfront.   We found the Ash Grove cabin we had to be the best accommodation we had on our visit to the Northern part of the North Island. Everything was absolutely perfect, which we failed to get at many other of the locations we visited. Our cottage was right next door to hosts house yet it was private, clean and had every thing we needed to make our stay comfortable. Great place for our break away weekend.   I really enjoyed my stay at his place, and the location was an added bonus. I really look forward to booking with them in future and hopefully there will be availablilities the next time I want to book in.

  The owners were very helpful in all respects, when I advised them that we would not be arriving till early Saturday morning this was not a problem as we were coming from the King Country. They were very helpful with any question that we had & very easy to approach.   Wonderful greeting by owners upon arrival,very clean and tidy, just a nice atmosphere.well done and wouldnt hesitate to recommend it to others and stay there again if up in Paihia. - have stayed there a few times and the staff are lovely and the rooms are always so clean and love what you do with the towels

  The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, with nothing being too much trouble. The unit we stayed in was extremely well presented with some really nice personal touches added. Was also right across the road from Countdown (grocery shop) which was a big bonus. - Waiora Apartments was set in a lovely peaceful bush setting, lovely timber with lovely bed upstairs, clean and tidy. Downstairs was okay but only for sleeping really not a space you would want to have to stay in for a long time. I loved the calm and peaceful feeling of this place.

  Comfortable room with plenty of facilities/space. Staff were friendly, helpful and gave us lots of information. Aloha is in a good situation for the bay of islands, Russell, Waitangi etc. You can get a tour to 90 mile beach from Paihia, although we drove and thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Good restaurants in town - about a ten minute walk. Overall ... what people say » a very enjoyable stay. - we stayed here for the night as a gift for our wedding nite and loved the flowers that were left in our room from the lovely gardens from the staff at the motel, a lovely touch, thank you. Wine & chocolates were left for the room by my parents which the staff put into our room before our arrival, big thanks for doing that. Great facilities and a relaxing stay

  Good Location if you have a car, a bit far to walk to the town centre but was fantastic having a pool and trampoline for our son to play on and the spa was lovely. Staff were very friendly and helpful, we would love to stay again but we would stay on the bottom floor as you have easy access to the pool and the car park.   The Swish Chalet is a comfortable, clean and friendly place to stay. We had a spacious room with sofa and kitchenette and a balcony (with flowers, just like a Swiss Chalet!) It doesn't have a lake view but does have outside space and the lake is just across the road with plenty of eateries within a few minutes walk. We stayed two nights and loved it. - The whole experience was fantastic, I was there for a few days with my work, I wanted a small motel that was clean, quiet, in a good location at a reasonable price. I feel that I got that and much more, very friendly owners who went the extra mile, under cover parking, super fast wi-fi which was spot on and I took the continental breakfast option for only $10 extra, well worth it, well done, see you next time!

  From the outset, loved the personal attention I received. Had a call from management that they had read my special requests and provided assurance that requests would be honoured to my satisfaction - and they were! Absolutely no complaints whatsoever. Will definitely stay here again if the price is right, as it was during our stay. She, my dad & my two nieces who were visiting - The staff was really friendly, and the room was amazing. My partner and I were really keen to find somewhere with kitchen facilities so we didn't have to eat out too much and Sea Spray had a really good kitchenette and all the basic equipment you'd need. It was an easy walk to a supermarket as well as the town. Bar fridge was decent price compared to other accommodation I've stayed at. The room was really clean and very comfortable, If in Paihia again we will definitely book here again.
