  Clean and tidy and they had anticipated our needs by providing extra items such as tissues, cotton wool, shower gel, milk tea and coffee, and hair dryer.   We found the Ash Grove cabin we had to be the best accommodation we had on our visit to the Northern part of the North Island. Everything was absolutely perfect, which we failed to get at many other of the locations we visited.   I really enjoyed my stay at his place, and the location was an added bonus. I really look forward to booking with them in future and hopefully there will be availablilities the next time I want to book in.

  Wonderful greeting by owners upon arrival,very clean and tidy, just a nice atmosphere.well done and wouldnt hesitate to recommend it to others and stay there again if up in Paihia. - have stayed there a few times and the staff are lovely and the rooms are always so clean and love what you do with the towels

  The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, with nothing being too much trouble. The unit we stayed in was extremely well presented with some really nice personal touches added. The kids absolutely loved our stay here and we were sad to leave. 3 single beds for the kids was a real bonus. Downstairs was okay but only for sleeping really not a space you would want to have to stay in for a long time. I loved the calm and peaceful feeling of this place.

  Comfortable room with plenty of facilities/space. Staff were friendly, helpful and gave us lots of information. Aloha is in a good situation for the bay of islands, Russell, Waitangi etc. You can get a tour to 90 mile beach from Paihia, although we drove and thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Good restaurants in town - about a ten minute walk.   Good Location if you have a car, a bit far to walk to the town centre but was fantastic having a pool and trampoline for our son to play on and the spa was lovely. Staff were very friendly and helpful, we would love to stay again but we would stay on the bottom floor as you have easy access to the pool and the car park.   The Swish Chalet is a comfortable, clean and friendly place to stay. We had a spacious room with sofa and kitchenette and a balcony (with flowers, just like a Swiss Chalet!) We stayed two nights and loved it. - The whole experience was fantastic, I was there for a few days with my work, I wanted a small motel that was clean, quiet, in a good location at a reasonable price. Had a call from management that they had read my special requests and provided assurance that requests would be honoured to my satisfaction - and they were! Absolutely no complaints whatsoever. Will definitely stay here again if the price is right, as it was during our stay. She, my dad & my two nieces who were visiting - The staff was really friendly, and the room was amazing. My partner and I were really keen to find somewhere with kitchen facilities so we didn't have to eat out too much and Sea Spray had a really good kitchenette and all the basic equipment you'd need. It was an easy walk to a supermarket as well as the town. Bar fridge was decent price compared to other accommodation I've stayed at. The room was really clean and very comfortable, If in Paihia again we will definitely book here again.
