The property was great for our families, lots of stuff for the kids to do-trampoline, beach and beach toys, while the adults grilled dinner on the outside deck over looking the beach.   Close to town and marina. We stayed for scallop festival which was only 5 mins walk away. Stayed in winter and units were warm, didn't need to use heater. Staff friendly. Although we had to pay $1 for shower you definitely got your money worth.
