  Size of the room was great for us and the kids. The housekeeping staff were extremely friendly and efficient. The room was spotless. The receptionist got someone to empty the minibar so we could use it ourselves and this was done almost immediately!   The staff were all friendly and helpful. When it was noted on check-in that we had a lot of luggage our room was changed to a ground level room, noting there were no lifts. The decor was very modern and classy. We arrived too late for dinner but had a great meal in the large and open lounge/bar, where the bartender gave us good tips on beer. It is only a couple of blocks from the beachfront walk, and r - Overall I really enjoyed my stay, the room were clean and well supplied, the price was right and that is a key consideration in the current economic climate. Add the that the proximity to the sea walk way and the city you have a great location. Plus they have complimentary access to a very good local gym.

  This was our first trip away with our two grandchildren and their mother. Thank you 299 for a very enjoyable stay. Everything was spot on! Very helpful and very friendly.
