  Very spacious one bedroom apartment, great facilities and very clean. On Beachfront with an easy flat walk to Bay of Islands Boat tours and shops and the excellent 'Alfresco' Restaurant next door. Also great having undercover secure car parking facilities. Ben and Nikki are the on site Managers and can offer a lot of suggestions for things to... what people say » do in the area and can make the booking for the great 'Hole in the Rock' boat tour. - From checking in to leaving, this hotel if your looking for luxury on the beach is great, staff were very friendly & were happy to make tour bookings for us, our apartment was lovely, nice furnishings, lots of space and extremely clean. Walking distance to all amenities & great restaurants close by. And the beach across the road. We would definitely stay here again, apartments are great for families also.

  The best accomodation of our whole NZ trip. Location was perfect,across the road from the water,views of the bay, seemed very safe, flat walking distance to shops,restuarants & across the road from the wharf where you get on the ferry to go over to Russell or all the boat tours,jet boat & charters. We will definately re-book an apartment @ The Waterfront Suites on our - We enjoyed our stay @ The Waterfront Suites, Paihia~The location was fabulous and a wonderful launch pad to explore the Bay of Islands from.
