Well fitted out and comfortable apartments, lovely linen/towels, excellent facilities. Everything required was available. Very convenient to shops and waterfront. Beautiful views and Doug VERY helpful and accommodating to myself and family. The apartments were excellent, very clean and a pleasure to stay in. The spa pool was an excellent addition and well worth the extra money. The views were out of this world, the staff fantastic. We would definately stay there again.

Got what we paid for and more and wished we had stayed there longer. The kitchen is very well equipped, the bathroom is lovely, the view is great and the spa was perfect for the end of the day. Unlike other hotels in the area it was not in the shade in the early evening. Fully equipped-nothing skimped. Lovely location. Hands-on management and pleasant, efficient staff. Excellent Terrace with bbq (cleaned thoroughly daily) & superb spa pool, checked daily. We were a small group of friends who found the location, spaciousness and presentation of the apartment very impressive. We loved having a luxury spa with sea views. Great place to stay!!. Location (easy 10-15 minute walk to town centre) and balcony views of the Bay of Islands. Our apartment was clean and well maintained. The views were amazing. The unit was very comfortable & clean. It had everything you would need for a good holiday. the place was a luxury spot to stay for the time i was booked if i wasn,t booked elsewere i would have stayed longer. Hegel management. Located close to beach and supermarket. Very clean. Very high standard of fittings and equipment. We paid for the smaller of the 2 bedroom apartments which although fine with 2 small children for 2 nights would have been far too small for a longer stay and as the pictures of this apartment were unavaliable on the letsbookhotel.com website we could have made a costly mistake for a long stay. small carpark. Nothing of any significance. The shower over the bath in the main bathroom. The layout (the 2 bedrooms plus one bathroom on the second floor with fairly steep stairs) is not for everyone. The 1st floor bathroom's shower is in a spa bath with no fixture to hold the shower hose. Parking was a little restrictive. i did take my older mother with me and the steps to the bedrooms was a small problem but nothing that we could not handle. Nothing. All good. The Internet could have been better and the lounge space was a little bit tight.the bed in the second bedroom was too big for the room. Noisey between floors. Great if no children above you running up and down the steps. Only 1 bathroom in our apartment and we only stayed 2 nights....wished it could have been more. The Wifi facilities were not as reliable as desired. All was great.
