  The hotel was spotless in an excellent location of Sydney. The area was safe & friendly. The concierge staff & in particular Troy gave invaluable advice on how to get the most out of your trip to Sydney. We have since travelled to a new hotel in Melbourne & really notice the difference in their assistance compared to the Grace Hotel. T... what people say » he hotel had been recommended to us & it surpassed all expectations. - The hotel design is unique, the situation to shops, retaurants, Darling Harbour, OperaHouse,buses, trains etc. is convenient. The bed was fairly firm, certainly better than 99% of other hotels.The concierges were extremely helpful too.When the sign to service the room is placed on the door, one's room is cleaned etc almost immediately! A very pleasant stay!10 Out of 10!

Every apartment unit have small kichenette so you can cook. Our unit is Family studio, the space is spacious and can accomodate 2 adults with 2-3 children. The front desk staff were very nice. The beds were comfortable. It was central to all the things you'd want to be close to in the city but there was no noise from the party goers outside. There was a good space for me to work. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to friends and family. I was very happy with my stay here.

  My husband and had only booked a standard room. We had been so looking forward to the weekend away for quite some time as my husband never stops working. Our weekend did not start so smoothly (I picked my husband up from the airport and 5 hours later after having our car towed back home we arrived in a taxi at the hotel). The staff was always extremely polite, not a fault with the staff. Personal service. Attentive. Love the French accent with most.

  Close to Wynyard station Lady at reception was lovely and helped me with my bags, toddler, portacot etc, she loaded me onto the trolley, including my son in his carseat and helped us unload into our room. She had a NZ accent and was wearing a grey shirt when she checked in. She was great and deserves recognition!! On the Sunday there was a brunett... what people say » e lady (looked young, maybe mid twenties) who was very helpful to me and my son and held the lift as I arranged him and my groceries in the early afte - We stayed in a deluxe 2 bedroom, one bathroom apartment with our 3 kids including a baby in a portacot. The apartment was fabulous, very clean and spacious and extremely comfortable for all of us. Our kids loved the heated pool and spa. Excellent location and easy walking distance to the main attractions and with Wynyard station around the corner, getting to Bondi or anywhere else was a breeze. We will definately stay here again and recommend to others.

  Very friendly & accommodating staff. Facilities great, stayed two consecutive nights in a studio twin & two bedroom apartment. Very well appointed, comfortable rooms. We moved to the two bedroom apartment, so Staff moved bags between rooms for us while we were out, which was fabulous customer service & very much appreciated. Awesome location, close to darling - The location is perfect! With a short walk (<5mins) you can take the light rail to central station and the bus stop with buses to circular quay (including 555) just in front of the hotel! Haymarket and chinatown are about 5 mins walk from the back door. Room is big ( for 4 pax), clean and nice! bed is extremely comfortable and the price is reasonable ( ~aud 700 for 4 nights excluding weekend)! - One was not pressured into early rising to please the housemaids. We slept in late every day as you should on holidays. The near shopping centres were wonderful as were all the food courts and restaurants.There is no shortage of entertainment near by, as well as cruises in the harbour, sight seeing etc. The staff were friendly and curtious and we will definitely be returning on our next holidays.
