I have lived in Aus for five years, this time , just come back for travelling, because need to stay for one week, so i choose this apartment hotel. The location was good, near the Myer , David Jones, China town and the most attractions. And the room equipmented with all the things you need, just like in you home. so i recommend it to the people who will have a long stay in Sydney.

The view from our room 4107 was absolutely fantastic! they had run out of rollaway beds ,but made up a bed for our daughter in the lounge which was just perfect for her to stay with us for a couple of nights.We loved your apples and the friendliness of all your staff even the cleaning ladies. We also loved the pool ,spa and sauna..Thank you for everything. From the moment I walked in, I fell in love. I was kindly upgraded to a better room which was just too kind. The room was clean and new. And that location is not even fair... Fraser Suites has everything going right. Hopefully I'll be back soon. Thank you. My partner and I have stayed a few times and we love it. This year the staff at Fraser helped me propose to my girlfriend. Everything ran smoothly, and I very much enjoyed my stay, I will recommend it to anyone, and you'll definitely be seeing me again. Everything. The check in was speedy and efficient. Within Walking distance of Darling Harbour and shopping area, such as the Queen Victoria building, Westfield, and etc. very comfortable, even the studio is a good size especially if only staying overnight. good location. Housekeeping did a pretty average job of servicing the room; lack of variety on the room service menu; the staff member who answered the phone when I rang to ask about parking was quite rude. nothing comes to mind. I dont think they're really 5 stars, didnt like bathroom, shower with not closing door, water was everywhere. Nothing at all. On the last day I needed to extend my 4night stay to 5 nights - I was disappointed to find no consideration was given to applying a cheaper rate considering the room was vacant. The fifth night was very expensive!. There was no information in the room about anything around the area or anything that the hotel offered. I had read previously that they had a dvd library and when I called reception they were shocked that there was no information in the room. Reception were helpful but it should have already been there. Television was not well tuned and some stations were omitted. Room was a little smaller than I like. Had to request bond refund 2 days later, for a 5 star property this should be returned upon check out. Having to pay a $300 bond on top of the room price. Little pricey!. Room is very small and not clean - this not even 4 stars. For some reason no one answered my phone calls when I tried to ring many times on arrival. Nothing. The staff were either too friendly or not friendly enough. They need to find a balance. I though the breakfast area was small and lacking staff. There was only 2 staff so the service was diabolical. Except better. Furnture/fittings shabby Quite small. Return of Bond not yet received. Rooms where quite small, check in and check out was longer than I thought it should be. other than that it was ok thanks. Service provided from reception. I am a young person who was staying with my partner for one night to attend a function in the city. I felt as though my youth was prejudged and was given the impression that the staff at the front counter did not think I could afford to stay at the hotel and that we were only staying to have a dirty weekend. Can be noisy. I was very annoyed when housekeeping knocked and enter the room at 8.30am! This is unacceptable! About 10 minutes later, housekeeping knocked on my neighbour loudly and also disturbed that guest!. we had a little trouble with people coming home late at night and being allowed ascess. Wireless Internet is now free. However, numerous time we couldn't access it as too many users logged-on. Even with Ethernet couldn't connect. Very Fustrating when trying to work!!! Disappointed no bathrobes, slippers or washer & dryer in Studio apartment. Thought we would have small full kitchen as other Fraser suites do in other locations. dirty carpet, dusty. The attitude of one breakfast staff. I assume because I wasn't dressed well the young lady at breakfast seemed to distrust me and my daughter. Staff were unclear at check in and check out, not the most helpful staff in the evening when the key for the room/lift was inactive. Staff weren't exactly helpful, didn't even offer to park my car or. Retrieve my car, quite snobbish , a shame as I have worked in hospitality for 25 yrs.i tip where ever I go, I didn't at frasier.
