Its a small thing but the base of the night stands were very dusty, and because I suffer from Athsma I am always aware of dust.Isolated case of bad in-room service.Ordered a late night meal whixch was not passed through to kitchen.I needed to chase it up with the result that it took nearly an hour to arrive and then was badly cooked. This was promptly dealt with by reception following morning by a not charging for the meal. This is the only case of poor service since I started to stay here .Adding an extra charge to my bill to pay by credit card. hospitallity tray not refilled.....no coffee no milk no mini bar price/content list. Arrogant front desk. Cheating in hotel bill. Additional cost when using credit card. We stayed four nights and they didn't vacuum clean our room at all, and we did inform them twice about it!.

A damage deposit of AUD 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out.
