This Hotel was wonderful. Spent our 20th Anniversary night here. The suite was very luxurious and modern. Staff found out it was our anniversary and put champangne in our room. The attached resturant 'Stoneburner' was very good also. The Ballard neighborhood was quiet and had many options for dinner and local pubs. -

All the staff were so friendly and welcoming and so proud of the Hotel, which was nice to hear. We travel extensively as a family and the Olympic Fairmont Hotel would have to be one of the best hotels we have stay in. Spotless, friendly and Old World Charm, with good old fashioned manners and service.

The Spa was excellent and personnel very professional. We enjoyed the
upgrade to the suite.
The concierge was very helpful as was the front desk. When I had left my hat (Howard) they did find it and I was able to later pick it up. Much appreciated.
Enjoyed lunch and coffee in the lobby areas.

Love the location right near Safeco Field and the football stadium. Also easy walking distance to King St Station. Yes the hotel is in a business district but that works for us! We love Jimmy's restaurant as it has good food at reasonable prices. The staff there were lovely. Unfortunately the pool and spa were being retiled so we could not use them, but have on previous visits. We used the complimentary shuttle service almost everyday, and they were always easy to book and we were usually the only ones on the shuttle. They got us to many places in the U District, as well as to bus stops that would take us to further tourist attractions. There is always free tea and coffee in the lobby. -

The bed spreads! They were just so much prettier than any hotel I've ever seen. Puckered bed topper with a teal tree design end lay. The view was nice (even though it was the highway). The breakfast was AMAZING, hot and fresh. Access to 24-hour fitness made me feel like management of the hotel knew what they were doing and had good area business relationships.
