  The Spa was excellent and personnel very professional. We enjoyed the upgrade to the suite. The concierge was very helpful as was the front desk. When I had left my hat (Howard) they did find it and I was able to later pick it up. Much appreciated. Enjoyed lunch and coffee in the lobby areas. The bed was excellent. - Staff, location in downtown ... what people say » made everything walkable, and the beautiful surroundings that made it feel special and comfortable. We were especially glad to be only 3 blocks from the light and monorail depot.

  The hotel room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. First off I would have never stayed in this hotel because it was completely out of my budget but I cashed in some rewards points for a gift card. This stay was a nice upgrade to my trip. We travel extensively as a family and the Olympic Fairmont Hotel would have to be one of the best hotels we have stay in.
