  The location is perfect! San Diego in itself is great but the Inn being on Shutter Island compared to downtown sd was better than expected. From now on, I'd rather visit humphrey's again and skip the major hotels in the city. The location also makes it perfect for activities. I booked 3 rooms well in advance, & had stayed at this hotel before(booked by AMA). When we got there, they did not have your booking. They did not receive it. We had your confirmation. However I have to say that the manageress stepped in and resolved the matter with a real customer focus in trying to ensure we had a good stay.
