  It is very close to the airport (about 1mi) although driving from the airport is about 2.5 miles. It is a quiet Old town location, but located on the I-5, so if you're a light sleeper, make sure you get ear plugs or make sure you get a front side room. We were there only for 2 days and 2 nights. Having the small kitchenette was helpful as I have a very restrictive diet although the term "fully stocked" kitchen was a bit of an over statement. There were no pots or pans to cook with and no plates to earn on.   We were only there 2 days waiting for cruise ship but enjoyed the location. The staff were friendly and helpful. It took us a while to work out the bus system but once we did it was good. Could I suggest that when giving directions to foreigners that you tell us which way is North. Coming from down under it is not always evident.   Love that this is not just a "pets accepted" hotel. They genuinely enjoy and are friendly to the animals and the owners. My dogs loved having a vacation with Mom and Dad. They were given treats and had plenty of room to enjoy the grounds with the other dogs on property that weekend. I recommend this to all the dog parents I know.
