  This was by far the best hotel we have found in San Diego. Luxury for a very reasonable price! Impressive from the moment you see it from a distance, impressive parking, impressive, AMAZING lobby, amazing guest service, amazing everything. The room we chose was a corner King suite... Everything was perfectly clean and fresh in the bathroom. Downstairs, we chose to eat at t - Everything! I was blown away with the beauty of the lobby! The staff was wonderful, our room was fantastic, (corner king), the food was good (pulled pork was best I've had in ages!), and the views were gorgeous. I loved how close it was to so many areas of SD. The pool area (with the firepits at night!) looked wonderful, but it was so windy so we didn't stay. I also loved the old pictures throughout the hotel. If you are from SD it was particularly super to see them.

  Excellent stay from checking in to being dropped off at the airport. Everyone we were encountered wanted to be helpful and it showed by going over and above.   The front desk help was excellent. I also loved the cleanliness of the room and the view was simply gorgeous. When I told the front desk that my wife was having surgery the next day at Scrips Hospital she changed our third floor room to ground floor very near the entrance, very nice. The property was well maintained, the room was extremely clean and comfortable. Our room was facing highway but we didn't have any difficulty in sleeping. It is not noisy at all.   My husband and I were celebrating our silver wedding and booked 3 nights at the hotel,we loved every minute of our stay. The hotel was amazing,the location was fabulous and we just loved to watch the sunset on the beach.
