The location and views of the mighty Columbia River. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was dated but spotlessly clean and spacious. Laundry facilities and the pool area were wonderful. Close to shopping and to an excellent restaurant overlooking the river. Delicious! We were upgraded to a king suite. Great bed, the room was nice but
lacking air conditioning. Because the weather outside was still cool we
were told that people wanted heat. However, the hallway on the 8th floor
and our room was just too toasty. We opened the sliding glass doors.
Overall experience was good.
We had to keep in perspective that Olympia is an old town with old buildings and not chain suite hotels.

The hotel was good value for the area and for the quality of hotel. You get a lot of comfort for the money. Location was good as well, very convenient as could walk to restaurants and to downtown.

This hotel was close to the Amtrak station and I was coming in via train to Tacoma. The hotel provided a shuttle to the hotel and back the next day. The shuttle arrived in a very timely matter and I did not have to wait. This saved me in cab cost. The staff was all very friendly. The resturant within the hotel had good food and friendly staff too
