I'm very angry at letsbookhotel.com for giving me a room in the tower
which I asked specifically not to be put in. I asked for the hotel for a
special gift for my friend for her 50th bd get-together. I was so sad
that what we got was a large, uninteresting room for the price I thought
I was paying for the beautiful Supreme Deluxe room in the hotel that
I'd asked for. Not the tower.

Excellent location, no need for a car. The staff were friendly and the bar in the basement came in handy every evening for a beer (or two) before bed. Great view from bedroom window. Good location for shops, restaurants, bars, etc..... everything you expect on a city break. Would definately stay here again.

Our entire time at the motel was fantastic. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, modern and well appointed. Breakfast was light, but well presented and was well overseen by staff. We had a great stay at this motel and did not notice the freeway noise. -

The location and the lodge itself are great. They have a great view on the valley and the Columbia river. The room was very nice, comfortable, clean and in general very pleasant. We were given an upgrade since the hotel was not very full and had a really nice view. The hotel is equipped with full amenities and have a great yard for a short wak in the morning and the evening.

Hotel was quiet, beds were very comfortable. The staff was exceptional....from front desk personnel to the shuttle driver. They stored our luggage for the day and let us leave our rental car so we could take the lite rail downtown - we had checked out, but didn't leave until that evening. The shuttle driver dropped us off and picked us up from the rail.
