She helped out trying to clean up the very smoking room we had to stay one night in.   The Spa was excellent and personnel very professional. We enjoyed the upgrade to the suite. The concierge was very helpful as was the front desk. When I had left my hat (Howard) they did find it and I was able to later pick it up. Much appreciated. Enjoyed lunch and coffee in the lobby areas.   The bed was comfy...the room was clean..the bath towels were great and the shower was wonderful. The desk help were efficient and friendly. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was good too! - Good bed, clean facilities, good coffee in breakfast area. Excellent suggestions on where we should eat.

  The staff was very friendly and helpful. Brian the night manager got me out of a pickle with junk food machine a couple of times. I think it was a bit entertaining for him too. - The staff were quite nice and friendly and gave us some great travel advice for next time. I wish that we could have stayed another night in a bit nicer room!

  We loved staying at Salish Lodge. The room was spacious and had a private balcony and a huge jacuzzi in the bathroom with doors that opened into the sleeping area. The therapeutic pools were so nice. The location is simply spectacular for viewing the waterfall! The restaurant was a bit pricey but the food was so worth it! We hope to come again sometime. - The decor and design is tasteful, up-to-date and appropriate for the beautiful setting. The beds were wonderfully comfortable.
