  The hotel is extremely beautiful, in an amazing location, perfectly maintained, and the service was impeccable. A friend had recommended staying in the original building.   The rooms are large and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is fantastic. Service was excellent - very friendly, polite and attentive (and continued this way after my stay when I left my sunglasses behind). Location was great - very picturesque and away from the city centre (though still accessible via the courtesy shuttle bus). - Everything was great.... what people say » .facilities, service, staff. Rooms are very confortable, including the bed. Good location, out of the crowed beach of the center but close enougth of Waikiki. Breakfast is amazing and also the restaurants in the resort.

  We loved everything about this hotel. The location is ideal. The staff seem to genuinely love their jobs and it shows in their outstanding commitment to guest service. The rooms are whisper quiet.   I liked the villa suite that my extended family and I stayed in. We got to spend quality, relaxing time together. The lagoon swimming and pool swimming were fantastic. Our ocean view was wonderful!   I was very pleased with this motel. The rooms were clean [very important], we had a corner room that had 2 ac units, and the there were multiple electrical outlets for charging our various electronic devices. Nice view of the Hawaiian mountains. The wifi was also very acceptable. We walked to the hotel from the airport [only about a 25 minute walk... what people say » ]. I loved the three-way mirror in the bathroom - helps when drying hair.
