Location was perfect. View was superb. Pool, restaurants, cafes, rooms are all fantastic. Easy access to beach right in front of hotel as well as own private beach area. Excellent poolside bar. Hotel has own bus area to the side where most of the tour buses pick up. Would highly recommend it. location is excellent; convenient for shopping n variety of luxury brands just minutes to walk to; friendly staff n even immigration at the airport is best out of all countries we've traveled. we were upgraded on arrival in the hotel.
all reviews » The breakfast buffet was amazing with a huge selection to cater to everyone's needs. Even accommodating those allergic to gluten. The infinity pool and floaters were also very enjoyable/. We were there on our honeymoon and got a fantastic upgrade. The incredible views from the top floor club lounge. Very nice swimming pools and the Rumfire for cocktails. The location was perfect for everything. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We couldn't fault our stay. We will stay there again. Failed to notify us when our room was ready in our first day - we arrived at 9am and we were told they would call us as soon as the room was ready - they failed to do so and we eventually got in close to 3pm. I hated with a passion the kids pool it was way to crowded, customers from royal Hawaiian plus sheraton is way too much for that size of a pool. People are fighting over lounge chairs, a Japanese man hit me in my arm when I tried to get my towels to return them after he had confiscated my lounge chairs. Lobby area & reception very busy & loud. Some of staff were not friendly. breakfast. For $410 usd the rooms were small, the towels had holes in them - it was not a Sheraton standard property and we have stayed in many. Room service that finishes at 10pm?? Continual queues for check in, concierge- not enough staff for size of hotel. This is a churn hotel - would not recommend or stay at again. I didn't like when I checked in, they asked me to pay $32/day mandatory for use the general facilities including parking, access to internet and other things...and this amount /day was not mentioned when I booked with letsbookhotel.com! You have to pay these fees even if you will not use the parking and internet and...!! The room was just like a motel room,the bathroom was not really clean!!,this hotel is too expensive for what we got during these vacations.
