Great location, central to all you need. Decent beds and also only a block from beach. Wakikki is always hetic and this hotel is a good place to orientate yourself. I loved the location of the hotel, and was a great price, with excellent rooms, staff and cleanliness without being too much, just what you need with nothing more. Comfortable large rooms with 2 double beds provided for myself and daughter. They did let us use the Hospatility Room for shower as we left very late,. Location was great. Bathrooms tiny/part of kitchen. would have preferred fresh milk to powdered, but other than that everything was great. The walls are so thin you can expect to wake up couple of times depending your room location. Mine was next to the elevator which was very unpleasant at nights. Bottom sheet on bed was soiled with faeces when we pulled bed back to get in. Had to call housekeeping at 1am to change sheet. They were very efficient though. The room card system for the lift was inefficient at times. Plates at breakfast buffet had not been washed properly. don't like the room which has conecting doors. Nothing.... Construction next door. noise from the street early in the morning. Basic... a bit old & tired. Breakfast not much selections,. The room and beds were narrow for two adults and two boys whose ages are 9-12. room on the west side of hotel extremely noisy. We had an adjoining room door with yelling, crying children at 11:00 pm. No Microwave in the room No Welcoming at arrival with gift of flower welcoming drink. The staff at check were not very helpful and did not really seem to understand my issue. They seemed unconcerned about my situation and there was a total lack of communication between the different staff and house keeping. Even one staff asked me to take a seat while she looks into my issue and said will come and talk to me next thing I see is her shift over and her leaving the hotel without talking to me while I waited for her nor did she talk to her colleagues. Staff are not nice. For a couple, only standard double bed room. Bar closed too early and our accomadation wasn't worth what we paid. We would probably not stay there again. Staff were rude when trying to check in.
