1. Staff was very friendly, especially Diana, who was really helpful.

The room was clean and comfortable. The view was really nice as well. The entire time I was there I felt comfortable; from the moment I stepped into the fireplace-lit entrance (with a visitors library, which was also awesome!) it was a nice place to be. All of the facilities were clean and the breakfast area was spotless and the food delicious. Highly recommend!!

My grandson was in a tournament at Cooperstown Dreams Park which was less Convenience to fast food, McDonalds, Subway and restaurants, Pizza Hut, Redneck BBQ and recreation, Backswing mini golf.

I was extremely pleased with the room right on the first floor where I was able to access everything so easily. It was warm and cozy and I only wish I had more time to spend with family so I could have stayed longer. The wifi allowed me to check on my email and so on, the tv was refreshing since I do not own one, and the bed was awesome. It was so close to where our son is going to college (SUNY Cortland) We could get him moved in and a short trip, we were relaxing.! Try to reserve a room for "parents weekend" was sad to hear all booked up. Will try to call to see if there were any cancellations. LOVED the woman in the breakfast room!!! What a doll! Made it a great morning for all of us!!
