The location is very good. I really liked the front desk crew and found them to be very friendly, helpful and cheerful. The breakfast ladies did a great job and the chow was very good, they alternated the chow to add variety. The room and the bed was very comfortable. The cleaning staff did a very good job in keeping the building and our room smelling great and supplied. I thank the management for allowing us bikers to utilize the front overhang to park our bikes and provide some cleanin.
all reviews » It was very conveniently located. Close to Lake George, outlet shops, restaurants and the amusement park. It was surprisingly very quiet and the breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Fairly priced. Having two outside pools was nice. You should advertise that. We loved the check out time of 12:00. love the location, the pricing, the fact that the room had 2 queen sized beds, the cleanliness of the property, that breakfast was included, the hotel was quiet, plenty of parking. Everything was great... we have already started looking into a return trip. Breakfast was amazing, and the facilities (pool, spa, fitness center) were great. The rooms were very large, They upgraded one of the rooms to a one bedroom suite. The complimentry breakfast was a bonus and had great basic breakfast food. Very comfortable and close to everything. Loved our room. I like that their was two TV's in the room. I like the breakfast that comes with it. the pillows were awesome. the staff was friendly. look forward to staying there again. The weather was great for a bike week. Nothing noted. The maid left our door ajar after her service - twice. That could have been an open invitation to thieves. We did call the front desk to complain. The front room of our suite was a little dark. the mattresses were uncomfortable. Had a bit of trouble with our keys... needed to get 3 replacements during stay, just didn't stay active. nothing. It was all good!. I suspected someone had been in my room before I checked in--window open, towel in shower folded oddly, etc. As if someone looked the room over and wanted to choose another room instead. Seemed clean and otherwise ok, but it was a bit weird. A bit too pricey. Enterance and exit out of hotel. Needs a red light. Fairly dangerous. We were upgraded to a suite which was wonderful until we went to sleep. The suite was right above a machine that hummed really loud all night long so we got very little sleep. We did ask to be moved, but the hotel was full and the only available room was next door. No place to put clothes in bedroom, no luggage stands. We had a room with an internal humidifier that kept me awake half the night.
