  The location is very good. I really liked the front desk crew and found them to be very friendly, helpful and cheerful. The breakfast ladies did a great job and the chow was very good, they alternated the chow to add variety. The room and the bed was very comfortable. I thank the management for allowing us bikers to utilize the front overhang to park our bikes and provide some cleanin - It was very conveniently located. Close to Lake George, outlet shops, restaurants and the amusement park. It was surprisingly very quiet and the breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Fairly priced. Having two outside pools was nice. You should advertise that.

  I found them very friendly at the desk. When we got there there were a group of teenagers staying at the hotel and were very rowdy.with not a lot of supervision. I wish that business was better so that they could afford renovating their beautiful room on the 2nd floor which has a ceiling as beautiful as what I have seen in Venice!   This was my second stay and I was not disappointed. Needs were taken care of and the night manager(I think he was) was really helpful. All staff were not only helpful but pleasant.   Self-contained unit, safe secure entry, spacious with modern kitchen facilities. Plastic bowls and plates cutlery etc..but I guess it saves washing and breakage. Good clothes storage facilities. Neighbourhood is quite ethnic..but safe as we walked back fro the subway late at night and went shopping to try to buy food to cook..which was impossible ... what people say » unless you have ethnic/Asian tastes. Most of the European restaurants are at the other end of Brooklyn near the bridge. Though there is a McDonalds ab - We were really impressed with the hotel. Surprisingly nice for such a great price. It isn't in manhattan but it is a 10 min walk between 2 metro stations and fast to get to everywhere. The area itself was multi cultural which means great food!   The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was undergoing renovations and they explained the nearest places to eat and directions to them. Very nice people. - Juan, the day manager, was professionalism itself with a kindly, welcoming manner. He's a treasure !
