Short walk to the Path-train, taking you to Manhattan. The travel distance was short, and it was actually relaxing coming back to Jersey City in the evening after a crowded and hectic day in NYC. The flat (one bedroom) was large enough for the four of us (two girls 12 & 16) and the beds in the livingroom were comfortable. No complaints! Also a nice mall in Newport for quiet shopping.
