  We liked the easy check-in. Friendly staff, clean room, spacious bathroom, nice furnishings. I left an item in the room after check out and the security staff had lost and found contact me right away. He told me they had found my item, but it was thought to be trash, and was thrown away by housekeeping so ended up in teh garbage. Very nice gesture by the lost and found staff. - great location, parked the car and walked to what we wanted to do/see. close to mississippi river and harriet island park. very nice walk-way along the river, the park was clean, beautiful trees and very nice walking paths. the room was nicely decorated, clean. great bathroom shower with a rain shower head. fridge and microwave in room. quiet. beautiful view of the mississippi river and surrounding area.

This coupon was additional to the price received thru letsbookhotel.com. Close to the Mall of America and hotel offered shuttle transportation to the mall. Booked 2 r... what people say » ooms for 2 days. Kids loved the indoor waterpark at the radisson. - With all the hotel choices in the area, I did not want to pick a bad one for the family. We stayed several days and left very happy. Shuttles were on time and quick to and from the mall. Hotel was quiet and clean. Price for the room was lower than average.   I am so impressed by the cleanliness of this hotel!! The continental breakfast was amazing, so much to choose from and all made fresh! Bobbi does a fantastic job of catering to everyone's needs in the breakfast room and does so with great attitude!! The front desk staff went the extra mile to get us directions to various places downtown. This hote... what people say » l gets a 10 from us!! - When we booked the hotel room, we stated that our elderly mother was with us and we wanted a room close to the door without any steps. They gave us a room on the first floor with a great shower that could be used by our mother. It was a clean room, staff was great. We would definitely stay there again and recommend this hotel to anyone.

  The reception team is great: Allison, Tatiana, Cindy and Kristin (sorry if I forgot someone) and also the Van Service driver are kind and gently 24 hours a day.   The rooms were very spacious and the beds very comfortable and the room was very clean. Extra towels, coffee and toileteries were delivered promptly. The lighter weight robes very nice. It is an amazing place, and one of the more stunning hotels I have been in. I love that it has been transformed from a bank into a luxurious hotel. Spectacular!
