The reception team is great: Allison, Tatiana, Cindy and Kristin (sorry if I forgot someone) and also the Van Service driver are kind and gently 24 hours a day. They solved all my issues in a record time. Wonderfull. great staff, clean rooms, comfortable, great accomodations for meetings, good food. The parking, the linens, the big TV, the breakfast buffet--all amazing!.
