  I liked how friendly the staff was, very helpful. When they found out it was our wedding night they upgraded us to fabulous suite! I loved the view--it was classic NYC--amazing.   The front desk staff were extremely helpful and pleasant, the room was very comfortable and clean. The closet was large and well lit. Room service was amazing - My father and I shared a standard queen room overnight while visiting nyc to see a concert. I was amazed that the concierge desk is open and available 24-7 - we ended up checking into our room at around 10:45 pm and the staff was still very happy to greet us. Each staff member expressed their wonderful personality and kindness in every interaction, and were 100% accommodating. The decor of common spaces as well as that of our room was chic yet comfortable; we enjoyed the entire experience.

  It was centrally located and the rooms were clean and nice. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Traveled w/ friends who check-in the day before and the hotel was able to get us rooms next to each other. We had double bed rooms and being a NYC hotel, the space was more than I expected, however, closet space was almost non-existent.... what people say » I would definitely stay there again and recommend it. - We really enjoyed staying at South Park Hotel, and would stay there again without hesitation. The room was very confortable and clean, the staff were helpful and polite. It is in a great location too, slightly away from the crazy tourist part of the city, but you could still walk to these if you wished - but within easy reach of some great bars and restaurants on Lexington and 3rd Ave etc.
