Cancellation Policy	If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy	All children are welcome. Up to two children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. One older child or adult is charged USD 30 per night and person when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
Deposit Policy	100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
Groups	When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
VAT and city/tourist taxes	14.75 % Tax is not included. Service charge is not applicable. USD 3.50 city/tourist tax per room per night is not included.
