  We couldn't have asked for more. The accommodations were very comfortable and the staff was wonderful. One staffer even made us popcorn while we watched the game by the fire. - I liked that it was clean, very comfortable, nice that it is across the street from the arena. Very close to shopping and restaurants.

  Exceptional hospitality by Dan and Daniel, they make a great team and excellent hosts. It was amply clear that our hosts took great pride and care in making us feel right at home.   We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean however could have used some different curtains to darken the room for sleeping. The kitchen staff, ( wish we asked her name) were excellent and went out of her way to make sure everyone was happy. In fact so much so, that we wondered if she was the owner. The food and amount of same was great... what people say » ! We would return!! And the location was just a minute walk from the beautiful Kennedy Walking and biking trails. - The fabulous staff, from the innkeepers , including the chef and housekeeping made you feels as you were guests in their home.   I love the location and the ambiance, the house reminds me of home because I used to live in this neighborhood when I lived in Brookline in the 60's and 70's so it was like going home. The rooms are tastefully decorated and very clean and the bed's are comfortable with lovely feather pillows. - Beautiful older building with mahogany, classy rugs... what people say » /furniture, and indoor/outdoor porches for relaxation. Staff very friendly and accomodating. Quieter than I expected. Great snacks available all evening, and hot breakfast included.

  This place did everything to make you feel at home and there were no "hidden" charges. The owner met us for breakfast in the morning and personally prepared a cuppachino for me. The place is close to Brandeis University but also very easy to get into Boston via public transport. I am a clean freak and believe me this place was spic and span. - Clean and quiet are my two biggies. CSH was both. What amazed me was the level of service. Breakfast was wonderful with specialty coffees and real eggs. The owner and the managers and staff were so gracious and helped with everything we needed. Thank you for providing a memorable stay for us and our kids from Waltham. You even let the kids (4 of them) have a gratis breakfast with us twice. With hot chocolate. WOW!

  Been to PTown many times and never stayed this far into the west end and had no idea this motel was here. It was GREAT, very relaxing, pretty, great staff, solid breakfast and clean.
