  I have zero complaints from my stay at your hotel. From the valet attendants to the fronk desk clerk to the cleaning attendants everyone was very professional and extremely pleasant. Any questions we had, the staff was very helpful in answering, whether it was a charge on our account or great recommendations for dinner. We absolutely loved our stay at the Courtyard and the amazing - We are a Family Of 4 and enjoyed the city location. We live in Pennsylvania since 6 years back, origin from Sweden and travel frequently globally. The hotel is perfect for shopping, museums and a vast variety of restaurants just around the corner! 5 min from the Magnificent Mile, 15 min to the Navy Pier and 20 min walking to Shedd Aquarium.   I received excellent service from the cleaning, dining and front desk staff. Each employee I met was kind and seemed to enjoy helping me. The room was cozy and when I arrived early tired from my flight I was allowed to check into my room early. I was also able to stow my bag in a secure room after checkout time. Great location just blocks to to the Amtrak and elevated train to Chicago. 30 minutes to downtown Chicago. Great restaurants nearby. They put breakfast out early so I could grab something before 7 am. The staff printed out my bill the night before as I was leaving early and told me where to put my room key in the morning.

  This is a good location. The red line subway is just next to the main hotel entrance. The Magnificent Mile is a couple of blocks away. There are many restaurants within walking distance. A one page list was provided by the hotel. A business center is provided by the hotel where you can check the internet and print off information without charge. They put us on the top floor, next to the stairwell so we didn't hear any street traffic. I loved how quiet the bathroom was. The lights didn't buzz and the toilet wasn't loud. I was very impressed by the staff at the front desk and would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat!

I was traveling with my two grand daughters and the staff went out of their way to talk to the girls and genuinely show an interest in what they had been doing and had seen in Chicago. However, what kind of a hotel room does not already have a refrigerator?   The hot breakfast was very nice. Did not hear any highway noise. We did not use the pool but it looked OK, too. It was very close to the Effingham Performance Center which we appreciared. - Wonderful staff. Very nice rooms, spacious and comfortable. Linens and bed mattress very comfortable. Free wifi. I would highly recommend this hotel.
