  Satisfied guests! Comfortable, clean studio room for 2 adults. Convenient to Volcano Village and Nat'l Volcano Park. Very quiet & private in beautiful tropical rainforest setting. Simple booking & check-in process, unintrusive staff is available if needed. Kitchen was adequate for breakfast & lunch prep and we appreciated the incl... what people say » uded breakfast items. Large front porch area, washer & dryer located between units. Warmed up quickly with 3 space heaters. - Convenient to the Volcano National Park. Clean. Cozy. Washer/Dryer available for use in breezeway. Extra pillows. Full kitchen (available but we didn't use). Internet, Cable. Covered Porch. Ours was an efficiency type unit. There is what appears to be a family unit next door. It shares breezeway. The large porch is shared but has some lattice type privacy barriers up. Separate entrances as well.

  First, the value. It was nicer than most upscale hotels we've stayed at, and at half the price. All amenities were for comfort and our stay was great! We even liked the wild turkeys and Nene Geese that wander the greens. - For a one-night stay, it was great to have a full kitchen especially when you have young kids and there wasn't really any con... what people say » venient eating places nearby. It was peaceful and relaxing after spending all day at the beach.

  I loved this place! I am used to air conditioning so I had to adapt to no air. Island breezes helped at night. Great location for activities shopping and food. - The view of the ocean from our window @ Shearwater was fabulous. The rooms were large and comfortable and it easily accomidated our family of 6.

  We enjoyed the outside bbq grilles nearly every night. Found a great fresh fish market in Hanalei, called Hanalei Dolphin, behind the restaurant there. Close to the airport but no airplane noise, close to shopping in Kapa'a, fun pools here and next door.   Our hotel room is excellent with great views. Also the lobby isbeautiful and huge with lots of couches and we like the rumours club,being close to the huge mall. Also I love the patio and the little shopsinside the hotel. It was perfect. - The location was Awesome and the hotel was really nice.

  The cleanliness of our room and efficiency of the maid services were excellent. Comfort and size of room was excellent however the sofa bed was slightly unstable. Plenty of extra sheets, lightweight blankets and mattress were available. Maids would not only vacuum every second day, they also washed and dried all towels for us. The view we had on ... what people say » level 16 of the ocean was great and were able to watch the sunset. Penthouse facilities such as BBQ and pool were very clean and sufficient. Overall l - Simple, clean. Unit needs updating but it is sufficient. Nice to have the washer/dryer as I worked out alot and it was great being able to wash clothes. A half block away is the running path along the canal which was excellent. The building is very secure and you have free parking which is key in Waikiki as this can be very expensive. There are plenty of markets and coffee shops around and the beach is 3 blocks away. If you don't rent a car the buses all stop just around the corner and you can
