  Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Staff were great really helpful. Excellent facilities including a free laundry and well equipped gym. Staff were also very tolerant and helpful after I lost my credit card (I'm from overseas) so very happy with the customer service. - I was there for a wedding and everything was in walking distance.

  I enjoyed many things. The area to all kinds of shops and restaurants. The motel was very clean, front desk friendly, nice breakfast, warm clean blankets. - The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a light bulb out and within a few minutes the maintenance man was there changing the bulb.

  Friendly, helpful staff. Deluxe room was clean and beautifully presented. Huge, comfortable bed. Several minutes easy walk to pedestrian shopping precinct and cable car rides up the mountain. Decent continental breakfast.   We had an excellent experience! The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable, plus the staff was very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was also great!   Pool was under construction so we were disappointed when we found out because that is one of the reasons that we choice your hotel for the indoor pool; but after taking with the front desk they said we can have passes to the recreation center there.
