Keeping in mind that this is more of a condo hotel than a typical hotel (ie, no room service), I thought the service was incredible. The rooms were gorgeous --- we were even upgraded from a 2bed/2bath to a 4bed/3.5 bath upon arrival. The finishes in the units were amazing -- beautiful wood trim, unique throw pillows on the couches & beds, etc. Nothing about this place felt cheap. We loved it. The whole hotel was spotless at all times, the rooms are large well funished and very warm. The bar and lounge areas are spacious comfortable and we found the staff to be friendly and effecient.
